Brandon came out the same day I called and figured out what I needed. He had every thing installed in one day. He was very helpful and does good work. Update: After the initial work I had Brandon come back and do a complete update to my ducting. His team added individual ducts to each vent where my home hand an old collective still ducting in the floor. It took them about 3-4 hours and did a awesome job.

I have had a couple of jobs done with these guys. Brandon, Cole and Jason are great to work with and go through extra mile. Cole came out after 8pm during the summer heatwave when my AC wasn’t working and the price was still reasonable. On the next job, Brandon kept in great communication during the job when I couldn’t be there, him and Jason did a tidy job with the pipe work for the natural gas lines in my shop. Will use them again. A++

Yesterday, before Snowmageddon 2025, we noticed our heat pump completely iced over. The guys arrived around 7 pm and worked for about 2 hours to get us taken care of so our family would be nice & warm through the cold weather & snow! They even reached out to us the next morning (today) to make sure all was well! That was such an appreciated touch! While they were working, they were also happy to chat with my young teen about vocational careers and HVAC specifically. Such a positive influence! My hvac unit was not running cold air- I called Reliable Refrigeration LLC to come and inspect/repair. They were able to trouble shoot the problem and make adjustments on my unit. They were fast and came early in the morning. They were very reasonably priced and did not try to fear monger into buying something new or spending more money like other hvac companies/contractors.
